                                             SHIPPING

      Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Once an order has been shipped tracked delivery usually takes 3-7 days to arrive for DOMESTIC orders. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, processing time may be extended. Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.  

      Our business days are Monday-Friday(10AM-7PM CST). The production, shipping and customer support departments are CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays. If an order is placed on Friday, the order will not start processing until the following Monday. 

       For all custom items please allow 2-3 weeks from the order date (this does not include delivery time) for the item to ship. These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be cancelled nor returned.

        Once we prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier (USPS), In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Haus of Posh DOES NOT take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.

 

                        RETURNS

We currently only offer exchanges in the extreme event that an error was done on our part. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
